- coordinate the daily processes, distribute the functions and cover the continuity of business.
- help and support the co-workers, monitor the effectiveness of daily job, have the newly imported work covered.
- being SPOC for various roles, taking part in conference calls and discussions about system-related changes.
- represent the general management at some point.
- communicate the responsibilities, as well as outline the exact demands and clearly determining the shift activities.

Mainframe Administrator - Shift leader

- 1st and 2nd level Mainframe support for several customers (BMW, Audi, VW, Alcatel, UIT, Klingel etc.), including recovery activities in production environment, for instance disaster recovery. 
- perform IPLs, full system-shutdown and refresh.
- implement mostly weekend-changes (IPLs, start-stop of system-tasks, modification of Workstation status, etc.), monitor and execute change-requests according to the actual Change Control Process.
- handle user-requests through various ticketing tools.
- Production batch-monitoring: scheduling jobs, analyse job abends, fix batch issues and modification of scheduled applications.
- during operation the following tools, programms are used essentially: CA OPS, AF/OPER, JES2, EJES, Beta92, OPC, AJM, AJM/S, HSM, Tivoli Netcool, HMC, etc.
- multilingual customer service (german and english), keep the contact with customers on daily basis, follow escalation-processes if required. 
- fulfill the moderator role at conf. calls, telcos, in order to discuss and coordinate the steps for weekend-changes.
-shiftwork in 12 hours cover.

Mainframe Administrator

- check and coordinate users’ profiles on numerous web-based applications, as well as on Mainframe systems, provide technical support in Encryption related issues.
- participate in severity- and conference-calls in case of troubleshoot; escalate the issue to higher level if it is required and involve the most relevant Team or Teams for resolution.
- create, modify and delete user profiles in various systems based on properly authorized request
systems/forms, or QA's instructions.
- reset passwords, create and modify user profiles based on the received requests.
- provide customer service regarding the supported systems and applications via phone, mail and
virtual ticketing systems.
- provide Encryption-support (CitiSFT, Entrust ad Verisign), create certificate for secured channels,
change the ID ownership according to a valid form and keep procedures up to date.
- keep contact with internal parties, sometimes with external Teams in order to find the best solution.
- work in a 24/7 scheduled Team.

GIDA IT Helpdesk Analyst (Global ID Administration Communication and Process)

- edit and update the news to the teletext page of TV2.
- provide the most important information and entertaining news from internal and external areas, even around the world.
- check and collect news from foreign webpages (BBC, Reuters, CNN, Spiegel, etc...)
- manage the translation of certain news from english to hungarian, from german to hungarian.
- manage the cut-process of report-stuff.
