Industrial Costing Analyst

-	Preparation of annual Financial Planning for the Shared Services Center based on Headcount estimations for all streams
-	Monthly overlook Effective vs. Planned costs (annual budget close to BRL 60 mio) 
-	Search for cost reduction opportunities using continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
-	Monthly Dynamic Forecast preparation (using Effective costs to estimate annual final result) 
-	Headcount and Overhead costs tracking
-	Point of Contact with Global Shared Services unit in HQ (Switzerland) 
-	Custodian of Fixed Assets and CAPEX management (annual amount over BRL 2 mio)

Financial Accounting Analyst

This job is located in the Shared Services division of Nestlé Group (Nestlé Business Services) for Latin America and the Caribbean.
- Responsible for the Accounts Receivable of Nestlé Brazil, Nestlé Mexico and Nestlé Chile related to the intercompany sales.
- Responsible for the collections within the affiliate customers and for mantaining the customer overdue amount as low as posible.
- Provide the Supply Chain/International Trade professionals with information and reports to support management decisions.
- Responsible for checking if there are differences among the billing documents in SAP, the export process in the Microsiga Easy Export System and in the Brazilian Federal Revenue Siscomex System.

•	Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma and Lean Office / Lean Manufacturing) 
•	Fluent in English and Spanish (native Portuguese speaker)
•	Experience in process management as a specialist
•	Bachelor Degree in Business Economics and Controlling - emphasis in Accounting / Finance and MBA in International Accounting from USP – University of Sao Paulo
