- Provide application software development services.
- Lead project team to achieve milestones and ensure application improvements are successfully implemented.
- Successfully implemented four work streams in the strategic Group Retirement (GR2) program to accelerate large group acquisitions and enhance group retention results. Overall program worth +$20 million with my projects totaling $2.4 million.
- Enhancements introduced by projects include participant experience enhancements to VALIC online, participant alerts/notifications and updates to deferral process with auto enroll auto increase functionality.

-  Responsible for reviewing projects that are decided on by executive committee.  Prepare risk analysis and report back preliminary budget and schedule to present back to management to finalize and move forward.
-  Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including outside software vendors and consultants.  In an eight month period a vendor went through four different Project Managers due to turnover, I transitioned through each person minimizing down time and kept project on tract.
-  Coordinate daily activities to ensure project goals are accomplished and report progress to management.  Establish budgets for equipment, licensing and training hours.
-  Use business knowledge on the upgrade of our current job cost module of J.D. Edwards.  Approve changes to current job cost and analyze the affects with other systems.  Establish an environment to test all interfaces prior to go live.  
-  Responsible for the implementation of Austin Lane software, a mobile application that reduced payroll errors by 30%.  Training and user adoption was an obstacle, I handled this by demonstrating how the software was designed to check for errors and focus on finding users comfort level.  Any foreman that had problems with the software was instructed on a one on one session in the field using actual data.  Product has been in production for four years and currently being upgraded to latest version.
-  Other notable projects include new SharePoint 2010 implementation with several internal workflows, Construction Imaging installation that introduces paperless strategy and J. D. Edwards upgrade with enhancements to project job cost module.
