Evergreen Teller Services, Inc. (ETS) was a pioneer in the privately owned ATM Network that was launched in the early 90's. Growing organically from the ground up, ETS worked with Unocal Corporate, Winco Foods, Pacific Pride, Shell Corporate,Nella Oil, USA Petroleum and a variety of other regional and national companies that were considered the leaders of their respective industries. In June of 2002, ETS sold to e-Funds Corp. 

Scottsdale-based eFunds Corp., a specialist in electronic payment, risk management, and related information technology and business-process-improvement services, Friday announced its purchase of Evergreen Teller Services Inc., a California-based independent provider of ATM services. 

The purchase price was $9.4 million, company officials said. 

Evergreen manages an ATM network and provides sales and service for more than 1,600 ATMs, mostly located in California and the Northwest.

e-Funds is the largest non-bank ATM management company in North America, according to its announcement, and with this acquisition will manage about 14,300 ATMs in the United States and Canada.
