Some of my primary responsibilities as Office Manager include:
- Coordinating bi-annual training for users of our EFDC_Explorer Modeling Software (EEMS)
- Develop the IACET Standard Application for DSI's EEMS Training events

Sweet Tea Cancer Connections

As the Event Coordinator for the first STCC Fundraising Gala, I assisted with the following: 
- Acquired hundreds of donations in Little Green Light
- Organized a successful fundraiser that raised $145k for Sweet Tea Cancer Connections
- Emailed thousands of businesses manually, asking for donations to our fundraising gala for our silent auction, live auction, or raffle baskets. 
- Created functional, easy-to-use to-do lists for the team to track progress, and status of tasks
- Coordinated with companies about the details of their donations, and assisted with delivering their tax receipts
- Communicated with other fundraising volunteers, wine experts, event coordinators, venue representatives, emcee's, catering staff
- Communicated with hundreds of bakeries around the Puget Sound area for Dessert Dash donations. 
- Developed a pick-up schedule for three volunteers to drive around different regions of the Puget Sound the day before the fundraiser, picking up donations at organized times via routes, and kept the desserts level, and at cool temperatures.

- Helped couples work through their day-of schedule for their wedding
- Communicated with photographers, videographers, rental companies, venue owners, musicians, caterers, bakers, event staff, and bartenders to coordinate orders, delivery times, pick up times, payments, schedule changes, etc. 
- Encouraged couples to have a wedding that suited them, and wasn't what other people wanted for them or what Pinterest told them to do. 
- Assisted during rehearsals to coordinate when the wedding party will walk down the aisle, where tables will go, etc
- Coordinated on the wedding day, setting up and taking down tables, chairs, decor, assisting with all day-of tasks, answering all questions from vendors, and the couple's family.
