I am a life coach and writter by heart, with over eight years of experience in information technology and a passion for sales. My mission is to assist my clients in building better relationships with themselves and others, and to achieve sustainable happiness and personal growth. As a former technical support analyst, I developed a keen interest in data analysis, process improvement, and coaching. I leveraged these skills to execute testing cases, onboard users, manage email intake, and handle escalations. I also completed a user experience certificate from Udacity to enhance my ability to create solutions that meet the needs and preferences of my clients. Currently, I am in the process of transitioning from my IT career to a new path in Sales. My aim is to offer solutions that tackle larger problems and provide value to individuals and organizations, helping them achieve their goals and aspirations. I am excited about this new chapter in my journey and look forward to making a positive impact on the lives of those around me.
