Responsible for all Logistics (Shipping, Transportation & Warehousing including plant warehouses and external 3PL) and Customer Service activities within Danisco in Europe.

Global Business Process Manager OTC (Oct 2006 – June 2010)

As Business Process Manager OTC, overall responsible for the Order to Cash process within Danisco globally. Making sure processes are aligned and adhered to. Identify optimization possibilities and set up implementation plans. Implement new Cash & Credit management process within Danisco (where overdues have been reduced from 17% to 7% globally within 18 months) 
Actively involved in divestments and acquisition projects (Firmenich and Abitech), Pricing Excellence and Simplify, SAP roll-outs. Responsible for 4 restructuring projects within Danisco
Active involvement in creation of LOGFI, Danisco’s internal Supply Chain organization

Site Manager Danisco Holland BV (Feb 2002 – Sept 2006)

As Site Manager, overall responsible for running the Dutch Sales Office on a daily base including, but not limited to HR tasks, Facility, Administration, Customer Service, Legal Affairs as well as assisting in restructuring projects in other Danisco entities in Holland (Uden and Zaandam). Translating the company values, rules and standards and implementing them in the Dutch Office(s).
