Product Operations

PO for two teams - Scrum and Kanban.
· Remain in constant engagement throughout the product development process and ensure that the Product Backlog is defined and prioritized for the Scrum team. In partnership with the Scrum Master, playing an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint.
· Providing vision and direction through continuous refinement of the Kanban Backlog, to balance stakeholder demands with available capacity, to optimize the Kanban workflow for the Support team.
· Actively collaborate and engage with UI/UX designers, Engineering, Solution architects and third-party partners for successful Feature delivery.
· Work closely with the Product Manager to craft product requirements in accordance with business and user needs, clearly communicating those requirements to all stakeholders and delivery teams. Participate in user persona workshop, scoping for new features and third party partner discussions with Product Manager.
· As Product liaison for Risk management, devised and continues to coordinate a train-wide effort to remediate vulnerabilities to mitigate risk from 20% to 3.25% in less than 6 months.
· Collaborate to execute on the product strategy that incorporates the need for modernization, stability, and onboarding new users to cross-cutting technology services. Released a new API in the current PI to gather valuable realtime information from customers to be used by Sales and campaign teams for revenue generation.
· Keep abreast of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and digital innovation within the marketplace.

Agile Product Owner, Integrated Payables

Manage Denovo/Conversion/Merger/Acquisition projects for institutions converting to FIS platforms.
• Complete product workflow documents by summarizing all processing requirements and determine key challenges in converting customers to FIS Systems.
• Gather forms and data files via data analysis, product mapping and client calls to review requirements for software utilization and discuss any software customization and requirements with programming team.
• Create data maps and transaction workflow documents showing how every field of information will be converted and share it with programmers and clients to ensure successful conversion.
• Review conversion results (reports, data load and software changes) with client to refine and confirm requirements.
• Examine client’s processes, forms and reports, determines operational needs and documents what the software will do and all related processes to be used after conversion is complete.
• Examine data and reports to ensure conversion is proceeding correctly, run test scripts with various data to see how the customized transactions process through the software and verifies and validates accuracy of data though the generation of variety of reports.
