I am an end-to-end Operations Executive with over 7 years of experience building and scaling efficient, high-performing operations for 8-figure agencies. 

After working for multiple 8 figure Infoproduct businesses, I now build GTM systems and place reliable GTM talent. My work today revolves around training and placing GTM Engineers and Operations Integrators who can design, run, and improve a company’s growth engine end to end. That includes Clay driven prospecting, multichannel outbound, clean CRM infrastructure, and the daily ops that keep revenue teams moving. I care less about “more activity” and more about reliable pipelines, clear dashboards, and operators who know how to think, not just follow tasks.

Before this, I led global operations for Remote Assistants and directed operations for The Agency Blueprint, supporting 7 and 8 figure agencies and 300 plus recruitment businesses. I have placed 150+ offshore operators at a fraction of local cost, maintained a 90 percent retention rate, built sourcing engines that generate 100+ qualified applicants a month, and helped turn complete beginners into Clay fluent GTM operators. My focus now is simple. Help businesses install GTM systems that work and put the right people in the seats to run them.

I am Reyhan, Founder and COO at AI Ops Academy. I have spent the last 10 years running ops for 7 and 8 figure agencies and coaching hundreds of founders on GTM systems & ramping offshore GTM Engineers.

AI Ops Academy is a private community and training ecosystem for agency founders and operators who want to integrate AI into both the frontend (GTM) and backend (operations, fulfillment, and internal workflows) of their business.

If I have to convince someone to see the value, I already know they are not a fit.


I have had a wonderful first 3 weeks and already made significantly more than what I was making in my job in a month and I want to share my reflection on my sales strategy with all of you guys. It literally comes down to this simple formula…

“Always come from a place of value and never from greed.”

Here is how I close most of my deals.

First, I go deep on current state and ideal state for every prospect.

➜ Where are you right now.
➜ Where do you actually want to go.
➜ What is broken in your GTM, ops, delivery, numbers.

Then I ask:
What have you already tried? What worked, what failed, why did it stall?
Once I know that, I am not “pitching.” I am prescribing.

Based on ten years of ops, GTM builds, and fixing broken funnels, I propose a solution that fits your situation.

Most of the time, I can show it in the first 10 minutes. Just open up a Clay/n8n/Asana to show exactly what I did which works for me or for another client (I've mostly solved a similar problem before ). A Short demo + Quick live build.

Now here is the part most people miss.

You must come from a place of providing value, not from being greedy.

If a client asks me:
“Should we buy from you or from this other agency?”

I am completely fine saying:
“Buy from them if you want. I am not here to convince you. Here is the plan. Here is my track record. I have already shown you a working solution or demo within 10 minutes of speaking to you.”

That is it. No pressure. No drama.

Because once I have:
 • Understood your current and ideal state
 • Shown you a clear plan
 • Demonstrated part of the solution live
 • Backed it with proof and client results

My job is done.

If you still cannot see the value and you would rather chase an agency promising “extra sales in 2 weeks,” I will not argue. I would rather save my energy for people who are serious.

I’m trying to share my mindset because it may help you if you sell services, systems, or coaching:

You cannot talk someone into respecting your value. They either see it or they do not.

Your job is to:
✔️Show them the problem clearly.
✔️Show them the process clearly.
✔️Show them a real piece of the solution.

If they want, they can go and implement it themselves.

The right clients will look at that and say:
“This makes sense. I can see it works. I just want you to do it with me so we get there faster and without wasting months.”
Those are the only deals I want.
And funnily enough, that is why I do not need to “sell” very hard.

In short, your mantra should be 

"I am not here to trick anyone into working with me. I am here to show them a solution that actually moves their business. If they see it, great. If they do not, also fine."

Biggest lesson 4 days into building my own business:


If I do not do the most important thing first, it gets delayed and dragged through the whole day.

When you work for someone else, you can get away with reacting. And I´m very good at doing reactive work, solving problems on the go, Slack, calls, inbox... responding to everything that is the client´s priority, not mine. 

But now that I am building my own offer, I need to move away from implement mode and get into Build mode.

Here is what seems to be working for me now:

→ I identify my MIT (Most Important Task) the night before. One task that actually grows the business, for this week, its recording my first YouTube Video. I make sure it´s written above everything else in my Notion Task Tracker so I look at it first thing in the morning.

→ I put my phone to charge in the living room and my office is in the Attic. No phone, no inbox in the morning, at least first 2 hours.

→ 60 to 90 minutes of focus on that task before anything else, complete it. The rest of the day feels like momentum, not firefighting.


Ps: Most of the tasks or projects are big and can´t be done in 1-2 hours obviously. You need to chunk them down into a weekly plan, just complete the chunk you were supposed to complete in the first 60-90 mins, and the dopamine hit you get from that keeps you going for the rest of the day.

My favorite LinkedIn sequencer just became a multichannel engine.

You never work a day in your life if you love what you do.”


I used to roll my eyes at that. Now I kind of live it. I honestly do not care if it is 9 pm on a Saturday or 9 am on a Wednesday. It all feels the same when you like what you are building and you bring the same operator mindset you used in your job into your every day life.

But there is a catch...

You need to master the art of working in short bursts of energy instead of dragging yourself through the whole day and feeling like nothing actually moved.

What helps me right now:

• Daily organization ritual for 30 mins

• Prioritizing high value tasks. For me that is content + free audit calls.

• Delegating things that drain my energy, it´s repetitive work for me mostly which either my VA does or an AI Agent.

When you enjoy the game, protect your focus, and work in sharp sprints, the calendar stops feeling heavy and starts feeling like a tool you control.

You can stop your GPT form all the positive hallucination and probably save 30-40% time if you setup a custom prompt. I tried for a few weeks and all my custom GPTs have improved significantly

➜ It gets to the point way faster without bs. 

➜ It's not agreeing with me on everything. 

➜ It's backing up every response with numbers instead of Reddit and other weak sources.

There are only 2 types of CEOs...


After placing over 200 Ops Integrators for Founders spanning across 17 different niches, I´ve come to the conclusion that there are only two types of CEOs... 

Type 1

• Turns conversations into deals
• Builds and nurtures a strong network
• Creates content and drives the narrative in their market
• Brings 5–6 new strategic ideas into the business every week
• Gives clear direction, priorities, and feedback
• Uses an Ops Integrator to run execution and scale what works

Type 2

• Struggles to turn conversations into revenue
• Does not actively build or maintain a valuable network
• Avoids being visible or creating content
• Gives vague direction and unclear priorities
• Expects the Ops person to “fix” the business and be the visionary
• Blames hires when results do not land

An Ops Integrator can grow into a true strategic right hand, but that usually takes 6 months  to 2 years working closely with a strong Type 1 CEO. 

You set the direction. They multiply the speed and quality of execution.
