The 2 projects that Ricardo is most proud of:

Design and development of the sales manual for Menorca Real Estate. Also trained the staff on-the-job, to standardize the approach of sales executives during the customer journey.

Mentor for the annual “Leadership development program” in Farmacias Peruanas, focusing his effort to help the 60 head of sales nationwide to reach their goals during all 2019. This year Farmacias Peruanas increased 115% their results over the last year, and Inizias´team led by Dario and Ricardo reached a 99% satisfaction rate for their job.

AtelierD join smart independent professionals to develop astonishing residential projects thru a hybrid process that combines the best Architecture product design for quick rotation, and the best Marketing tools to connect with the prospects, while constructing the brand equity for the company.

Ricardo was responsible for commercial management at AtelierD. 

He supervised the design process, plans review and compatibility of the emblematic Cenit building in Barranco, with 27 levels and a value of $25 MM.

Create a B2B Network with UPC University, Markham and Roosevelt School, Libertador hotel, and clubs as Regatas Lima, Esmeralda Santa María, Lima Marina and Yacht Club Ancon in Perú.

Replicate the same business model in México City, Valle de Bravo and Yucatán.

Awarded: 
1st place in Procter & Gamble contest to represent Peru in the P&G Latin American Seminar in Venezuela.

Key responsabilities: 
Customer Business development intern in charge of design and devolpment of Visual Merchandising and Shelf Placement for detergents and shampoos. I collaborated launching the new line of Pantene in Wong, Metro and Santa Isabel supermarkets and positioned it as the market leader.

Also Ricardo prepared the Annual Peruvian Sales Forecast and corrected some mistakes in the formulas in order to have a more accurate result and help P&G to make better decisions.

Customer Business Development

Compañía Nacional de Mármoles

Industrial company that transforms rocks into construction materials as marble, granite, etc.
Ricardo entered as a Trainee responding to the Head of Operations and  the Plant Manager. 
Three weeks after he started the Head of Operations left the company and the Plant Manager also left one week later. Then Ricardo accepted the challenge of assuming their responsabilities for about 3 months until a new Head came to take the position. Meanwhile, Ricardo did an excellent job.

During the last 15 years Ricardo has taken roles as CEO, Marketing, Sales and Innovation manager, and also as a Senior Business Consultant for Real Estate, Logistics, Mining, Health, Retail, Education, Banking, Agro industry, Construction, Entertainment, Sports, Commerce and Government. 

Ricardo is a professional focused on sales and innovation. His participative leadership style and a high influencing personality helps him to reach agreements to improve processes, close sales and win-win. He acts with sense of urgency, and search novel solutions that inspire to reach goals. He is a persuasive person that recognizes peer needs what projects trustworthy and convincing.

He is an Industrial Engineer with a Master´s Degree in Creation, Direction and Management of Small and Mid-Size Enterprises. At present, he is interested in CEO, Country Manager or Commercial Manager roles.
