Marketing Coordinator Senior Analyst 

Support day-to-day marketing operations by working closely with the Director of Marketing Strategy on the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. Implement and create copy for email marketing campaigns, including client and internal communications via our email platform. Proactively evaluate internal and external communications and identify areas of opportunity for brand standardization, as well as develop and manage client and prospect email campaigns. Lead our marketing analytics by creating, monitoring, and implementing new ideas supported by data analysis. Manage all client and prospect webinars, set up the call, work with technology, and create email campaigns that coincide with the event. Monitor and maintain internal and external website content to ensure consistency in message and branding. Manage and promote media appearances on company website. Collaborate frequently with key stakeholders, always with a client-first mentality. Work with speakers and graphic designers to ensure presentations are appropriately branded and updated for internal and external speaking engagements and webinars. Support sponsoring opportunities with key trade associations and strategic partners to recommend the most beneficial opportunities to key stakeholders by identifying speaking opportunities and submitting applications on the speaker’s behalf.

Maintained CEO and CFO’s appointment schedules by planning meetings, conferences, and booking travel.
