I have transitioned from In-house marketing roles to working in the Fractional CMO set up because the ROI of a Fractional CMO is high, quick, and efficient for any business. How I work: - People first: I have had the opportunity to lead teams from 1 - 14, including sales and marketing teams. Leading people is about being the leader they need, when they need it. I practice servant leadership and extreme ownership to shape my approach to supporting and growing my teams. - My style is efficient and to the point: I am a master at simplifying complicated marketing messaging, processes, and strategies. My colleagues recently described my biggest strength as being my bias for action. -Voice of the Customers - start with the customers and serve the hell out of them, then listen to how they describe your value, and then use that. My track record with marketing is proven. Here are a couple of my career wins: - Increased sales from $0 to $7M ARR and increased product adoption from 0 to 16k users. - Recruited, managed, and developed a team of up to 14 members. - Created and executed marketing strategies to drive double and triple-digit revenue growth and expand customer bases 10-30x. - Created a community-driven marketing engine that grew from 100 participants in our target audience to 500 in less than a year and attributed 50% of our pipeline growth in that same year from that community. - Launched two inaugural industry conferences on topics aligned with our target personas, each with over 150 people in attendance.
