Over 35 years of experience in physical culture. Started off with Track & Field in elementary school. Then Wrestling in Jr. high and high school. Got my first gym membership at 17 where I learned the foundations of old school bodybuilding. At 19 started at AMC kickboxing where I trained and sparred with numerous world class MMA athletes. Worked as a legal messenger in my 20s and early 30s. Always lifting weights while also studying classical piano from beginner to virtuoso levels. In my early 30s I was introduced to gymnastics strength training. From there I started training in circus arts where I became a professional flying trapeze catcher. Working for various circus schools and club med. During this time I also coached recreational gymnastics where my knowledge of training the body was taken to a whole new level. I've done all kinds of things in life. Health and fitness has always been my number one passion. Especially learning how to train for strength and performance. Now in my late 40s I've been doing long haul trucking for the last 7 years. While also doing a decent amount of traveling throughout SE Asia. Unlike most long haulers I've managed not just to stay in decent shape. But due to my lifetime of experience in fitness, more specifically due to my knowledge in calisthenics. Using only a pull up bar and a set of gymnastic rings set up in my truck. I managed to get into a level of physical condition not seen since my days of flying trapeze. All while living on the road doing a line of work which absolutely runs most others into the ground. I'm now focused on sharing what I've learned through over 35 years of training in various athletic disciplines with others. While also keeping my own athletic daily training regimen in top form.
