I am a certified breathwork practitioner as well as a mentor/coach for individuals who seek guidance, change and purpose in their personal and professional lives. I am also the co-founder of @tidybutt, a registered charity that works with schools, local authorities, and businesses to raise awareness, break stigmas, and offer solutions and tools to deal with stress and mental health issues.
