Assistant Sales Manager

- Pre-tender consulting, Dimension work, Technical checking, Configure customs modular lifts, escalators, moving walks and freight lifts based on technical specification from sales and design requirement. 
- Calculate cost estimation for all products for sales tender submission. 
- Consolidate order processing of the awarded tender. 
- Supervise Junior Sales Engineers during tender and order process. 
- Provide engineering support for all Customs Modular lifts, Escalators, Movingwalk and Freight lifts for both sales and project team.

Senior Engineer

- To source material and non-inventory items particularly from overseas vendor at the lower price and ensure that all purchase activities has been arranged effectively, efficiently, and right on the schedule.
- In coordinating with Purchase Manager, provide the vendor with the data and forecast of requirement; maintain and develop the good relationship and intensive communication; monitor supplier’s performance and their technical supports.
- To prepare the monthly report concerning saving cost material to Schindler Group in South East Asia.
- To control the export-import administration activities and cost to or from many countries.
- To coordinate the domestic delivery to any port in Indonesia area with Logistic section.
- To ensure 5’S Health and Safety procedure are followed by staff in purchasing site.
- Organize and improvements in all purchasing activities to ensure more safe and efficient distributions activities.

Senior Procurement Engineer

PT. ROYAL ABADI SEJAHTERA

- Manage input and output of procurement system storage data.
- Analyze and check goods availability and price in the market
- Analyze and propose goods intake from different supplier nationally and internationally to Management based on market price and goods quality.
- Negotiate and influence stake holders both internally and externally regarding requests for quotation, payment, delivery, appropriate goods specification / services required to achieve win win solution.
- Supervising administration of goods delivery and services on time according to Purchase Order.
- In charge and monitoring on time delivery from suppliers to related departments.
