• Provides privacy assessments to corporate teams and consults for enterprise digital agencies in developing Data Protection Impact Assessments, as a service.

• Drafts and reviews business contracts (MSA, SOW, RFP, EULA) independent contractor and employee contracts, work-for-hire agreements, software (including SaaS) & hardware agreements, publishing contracts, sponsorship agreements, intellectual property assignments, purchase & licensing agreements. 

• Manages intellectual property portfolios for online products and services companies, virtual conferences, and app developers, including trademark applications, pursuing and defending trademark oppositions, responding to USPTO office actions, copyright matters including copyright registrations, responding to and enforcing DMCA takedown notices, & enforcing cease and desist notices.

• Appears on podcasts, webinars, and presents at business and tech conferences, nationally & internationally.
