Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working across multiple sectors in the tech and B2B space, driving transformation and growth in various companies from startups to established enterprises. As the founder and CEO of Radiate B2B, I’ve spent the last few years building a company that helps businesses accelerate their growth through ABM (Account-Based Marketing) practices, expanding beyond the UK into Europe and North America, and earning industry recognition along the way. Prior to that, I successfully built and exited a video technology startup that ultimately became part of IBM's marketing cloud. My passion lies in solving complex problems and driving innovation, whether that’s launching a new product, scaling teams, or mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs.
