•Collaborated with a Senior Attorney in Lebanon to bring a case against UK counterparts of Lebanese banks.
•Liaised with a Partner and a King’s Counsel in the UK, on behalf of the firm, to assess the rights of 12 Lebanese clients seeking a claim exceeding £3 million against Lebanese banks in the UK.
•Corresponded with clients, in Arabic and English, to collate information regarding residency statuses and bank account information. 
•Utilised Lexis Plus to conduct legal research, identifying similar claims, and discerning commonalities between the cases, which I relayed to the firms.

Freelance Legal Liaison

•	Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) contract.
•	Drafted the Closure and Disbursement provision to include a deadline for the closure of the SAFE agreement, as well as an extension clause that included additional discounts to investors.
•	Ensured the implementation of a Most Favoured Nation provision within the SAFE.
•	Prepared referral agreements to establish a joint venture between Matrix and its partners.

 Dilemma (Artists)

•	Critiqued and suggested amendments for a record deal contract for the client, Dilemma (Artists).
•	identified discrepancies in regard to the ownership period to the master recording.
•	Highlighted the lack of an insolvency clause within the contract.
•	Recommended amendments to the royalty and territory clauses based on research conducted on complications faced by other artists. 
•	Amended vague clauses alluding to a 360 deal and ensured that the artists would retain the rights to all merchandising and other such attributes.
