It was great to be part of the Women in Tech panel discussion and share insights about the importance of building communities that bring everyone together — not just women or men separately — to support each other and create better conditions for achieving big goals in life, careers, and entrepreneurship.

Happy to share the panel with great women leaders like Michaela Kloudova, Jana Brodani, and Katerina Komrskova, who brought inspiring perspectives and real stories from their journeys.

Thank you, Linda Stucbartova and Eliška Bajgarová, for the invitation and for organizing such a warm and inspiring breakfast event.

This conversation also made me reflect that 7 out of 10 Impact Nights this year have featured women founders or ecosystem leaders as our main guests — always looking to bring as much diversity and representation as possible. That diversity also shines through in our audience, with attendees coming from different backgrounds, industries, and experiences, creating truly meaningful exchanges.

Tomorrow, I’ll be part of organizing our 11th event — a fireside chat at PrusaLab with Megi Mejdrechová from RoboTwin s.r.o., where we’ll also introduce the EPIC-X project, supporting more women in deeptech.

Last night’s Impact Dinner with Klara Holikova from Femme Palette, left me genuinely inspired.

We talked about the real power of mentorship — not as a buzzword, but as something that helps people regain confidence, find clarity, and take that next small step in their career or life.

Klára shared how Femme Palette began as small meetups among friends and slowly grew into a global community of 1 200 mentors. What started with a simple wish to connect and support women became a platform helping thousands grow through mentoring.

A few lessons that stayed with me:

 • Progress starts with action. You don’t need everything figured out — just begin. 
• Authentic leadership matters. Being kind and real inspires more than being loud.
 • Community creates confidence. When people feel safe to share, they grow faster together.

Thanks to everyone who joined, asked brave questions, and shared their own stories. These evenings keep reminding me how much we can learn from each other.
