In 2024 I'll start working for the University of Siena as a Senior (Tenured) Assistant Professor. My duties will consist in teaching marketing and innovation management to undergraduate and graduate students. Teaching and research activities will be guided by my interested in SMEs and how these businesses approach organizational change. My main objective will regard the shaping of a modern entrepreneurial mindset in business students. In the time between March 2024 and September 2024 a transition between Unimi and Unisi will take place, meaning that I'll be engaged also in activities in my former institution.

In January 2021 I’ve been selected as an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Milan. Aside from teaching, my research activities dealt with the exploration of the implications of Metaverse for Businesses and emerging digital technologies for management.

In 2022 I started my collaboration with MISOM - Milano School of Management, a spin-off of the University of Milan dedicated to corporate education. I’ve also collaborated in the design of the courses and in strategic communication development.

As of today, I'm an adjunct professor of Fashion Products Management and Project Management at Polimoda Fashion Institute. Relying on both my professional and academic backgrounds, my objective is to shape the fashion leaders of tomorrow.

In 2021 I collaborated with Lorenzo de Medici Institute in Florence.
My teaching duties consisted in holding the Foundation of Management course for Undergraduate students. 
In this perspective, my objective was to actively shape their visions of the current business environment.

Adjunct Professor

In January 2020 I have been appointed as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Florence. My duties consisted in teaching general management and marketing to undergraduate students.

I've been an academic tutor and seminar leader at the University of Florence for about 6 years. During this period I've collaborated with almost all the professors of management of the university. My tasks were related with helping students, helding seminars, and back-office functions.

Research Fellow

I’m a Senior Assistant professor of Management at the University of Siena and an adjunct professor at Polimoda Fashion Institute, IED - Istituto Europeo di Design and MISOM - Milano School of Management. Formerly, I was an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Milan. I’ve been the CEO of METALAB during its start-up phase. Formerly, I worked for Accenture Italia. I got a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management in 2019 from University of Pisa (Italy). My research interests concern Big Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Digital Marketing and Fashion Marketing.
