- Update Transcript with advanced excel skills around 3 times a week.
- Identify any issue with particular groups and highlighting this during Cohort Meetings so that we can chase up non-attendance.

- Ensure the transcript is accurate and full of all the necessary indicators and data about attendance, % of submissions etc...

In Atelier Cologne as Supervisor I was concerned about the daily sales activities of Sales Assistants.

The most important part concerns communication and organisation - always keeping Sales Assistants informed of the tasks they will have, the areas where they will work at different times of the day, of any new directive or information from the Store Manager or the central office.

Working directly alongside the retail manager, I was responsible for the team and undertook the everyday running of business and operations.

Duties:

- Focusing on growing the business and maximising in-store profitability.
- Motivating a team of six to achieve and surpass preset goals and targets through competitions with prizes and incentives.
- Creating and working on business growth plans.
- Managing and training staff in every area of business.
- Implementing promotions to drive store revenue.
- Working to resolve all customer concerns on product quality, payment problems, refunds and similar issues.

Team Supervisor

Duties:

- Welcoming and assisting customers.
- Conducting weekly quality and quantity inspection of merchandise.
- Being an excellent brand ambassador.
- Mastering product knowledge.
- Ensuring cleanliness, professional organization and appearance in all areas: entrance, till point and generally the shop floor. Making sure the store looks up to the standards.
