I am an MBA student of Human Resource Management and Marketing. Currently, I am learning about Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, Talent Acquisition, Compensation Management, HR Analytics, Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Research and Consumer Behaviour. I have a particular interest in Business Communication and I am trying to understand its intricacies such as persuasion, negotiation and diplomacy at workplaces. I have worked as an Administrative Associate at the Imperial Institute of Designers, Delhi. The institute gave me the opportunity to experience the corporate world in person. I have learnt the importance of ethics, integrity and the ability to express my opinions confidently from IIDS. I will always be grateful for the experience it has given me. I have done my Bachelors in History from the University of Delhi. History has taught me the importance of change and resilience. I find it interesting about knowing the "history" of things I come across. As a person, I enjoy finding commonalities between History and Management Studies. Philosophy, psychology, music, writing and spending time with my family and friends help me stay humble and curious.
