Capacity Planning, Business Information, Forecasting, Re-engineering and Short Term Automation.
Key Accomplishments:
Re-engineering team has delivered $15M in annualised benefits to date from a $1M cost base
Introduced a new productivity & capacity management framework that helped increase productive output by 13% with flat costs across a 4000 strong team
Facilitated the exchange of 300 FTE in resources, as a result of daily load and variance meetings 
Changed the re-engineering approach from DMAIC to Lean, with a focus on quick/ practical delivery
Managing team of 50 specialist resources spread across 2 international hubs.
Driving the Australian operations productivity agenda through the deployment of an intraday capacity monitoring tool, daily huddles and an exception reporting and ranking tool.
Delivered a Mortgages Credit Assessment program that saved 25 FTE
Enabled deals to be assessed within 2 hrs (from previous best of 24 hrs)
Delivered 3 phase program within 12 months and for less than AUD$700K 
Highly positive feedback received from Broker and Mobile Lending channels “the speed of the assessments puts ANZ in a highly competitive position in this difficult market”

3 years running the  Pacific Operations Centralisation program in Suva Fiji
Growing Pacific Ops FTE by 150% in 18 months and a 20% cost efficiency 
One of first 6 in ANZ to achieve Black Belt Accreditation and delivered $2M+ operation savings
Built Lean six sigma program within the ANZ/ ING Australia joint venture, training Black belts and delivering 12 strategically linked initiatives
