I founded Sladen Consulting in 2005 and now work alongside a flourishing team of 50+ experts around the world from Rio to Tokyo and from Moscow to Washington. Working globally in over 20 languages, we’ve grown fast - we have a reputation for addressing complex issues with a rapid response and finely targeted services. But I am also a son, father, husband, sailor, entrepreneur… and I find that, as a team we have so many things in common with our clients. We share key values that underpin every interaction at work and at home: openness, clarity, honesty, empathy and mutuality. We are fortunate to work with highly influential organisations including: Bristol Myers Squibb, Wellington Management, HSBC, PwC, Rolls Royce and Merck KGaA to name but a few. I couldn’t do this without being part of a team of hugely experienced facilitators and coaches who share an ambition to contribute to the wider growth and improvement of the various situations in which we work: our families; our workplaces; and our communities. In this way, we are exactly like our clients. We are people who want to have a positive impact on the world – giving back more than we take out. We give back through the work we do, and we give back by donating our time and company resources to those who are less fortunate. It’s our social purpose that gets me out of bed each day.
