As a partner at Hard Hat Housing and Wise Builders Group, I leverage 20+ years of experience to drive the financial and operational success of our real estate investments. We specialize in acquiring, rehabilitating, and strategically exiting properties—whether through sale or rental—by leveraging investor partnerships with a trusted network of realtors, wholesalers, and contractors.

Simultaneously, as Chief Business Officer at Rising Sun Developing, I lead business development and client relations for a commercial construction firm, where I bridge high-impact projects with stakeholder alignment.

But beyond transactions, my mission is to empower people. I equip business owners and investors with practical tools to build wealth, foster gospel-centered purpose in their work, and create legacies that outlast brick and mortar.

Hotels have their place — especially for a quick overnight or a short stay. But once a crew is in town for more than a week, something changes.

Alone in separate hotel rooms, morale drops.
People eat alone, watch TV alone, and go to bed alone.

Isolation kills culture.

Culture drives performance. And performance makes or breaks a project.

That’s why I believe fully furnished homes are the way forward for construction crews.
 
They save money, yes. But more importantly — they build connection, belonging, and stronger teams.

Leadership isn’t about control.
It’s about commitment.
To people. To values. To a shared vision.

And when you commit—fully, messy, with no guarantees—you give others the courage to do the same.
That’s what great teams are built on.
