• Directly responsible for leading and transforming a business unable to service debt and pay employees, successfully securing the position of acquisition 4 years later for 2X the cost of the asset acquisition

Environmental Drilling Solutions

• Directed all operations for North America, managing 274 employees and the closed-loop operational activities on 35 – 49 drilling rigs, including Eagle Ford, Permian, SCOOP, Miss Lime, Utica, and Marcellus plays
• Managed the profit and loss statements for the operational activities, resulting in delivering a $2.5M to $5.5M monthly revenue
• Responsible for establishing and growing operational facilities in Utica and Permian basins, focusing on areas where there were the largest margins, recognizing customers in the position to grow as well as where there could be an expansion of services
• Introduced dewatering services and established recurring weekly meetings with 2 of the largest Marcellus customers, becoming more direct and expanding markets, securing a steady revenue stream from $400K to $1.2M each month
• Led in establishing a new shop in the Utica, making sales calls on current and new customers, gaining 10 contracts, and growing revenue to almost $1M the first year
• Established a new facility in the Permian Shale, meeting with customers and securing 16 projects within 1 year, delivering a monthly revenue of over $1.5M and a total Texas revenue of roughly $2.4M

• Oversaw 18 engineering and sales personnel, including technical engineering, project engineers, and sales group, performing customer presentations and submitting bids to secure business partnerships
• Developed a workflow process and transitioned it into an activity reporting program, implementing a delivery process system to assist in the management of personnel and projects throughout multiple cities
• Led various product development projects as well as engineering and project accounts, increasing new business activity while decreasing the operational overhead
• Establishing communication with various vendors, discussing projects details, and ensuring the delivery of services promptly

Project Manager - Environmental Solutions (Gulf of Mexico)

• Directly responsible for creating a new training program, accelerating the training of incoming engineers, and reducing the time needed to get up to speed by 50%
• Managed 13 engineers and project accounts, overseeing deep water and shelf operations, product development projects, and multiple environmental solution plans
• Restructured the project planning process, including introducing a new scheduling process, generating a reduction in the number of engineers responsible for each project
• Implemented processes to improve turnaround time, significantly reducing failure to determine project weaknesses, allowing the team the ability to focus on product development
• Oversaw the design of 2 new patented products and the revamping of an existing product, generating a 50% downtime reduction
