Here I ran a team of three traders working on the indices and fixed income desks. This has expanded, vastly, my knowledge in financial markets in all asset classes as well as helping me develop my numeracy skills. At Bull Moose Derivatives, a start up propriety trading house, I also had a role in business development. My duties included sales, client relations and Social Media Management. The sales role has given me strong interpersonal skills and the client relations has helped develop my ability to maintain working relationships. I loved helping to build and implement the brand of the business.

During the Build up to the 2010
General Election I worked in the Conservative Party Headquarters in Millbank Tower.
My job was to summarise the main stories from the news that day from news centres across the political spectrum and promote the parties stories across a range of social media platforms.This experience taught me to think critically and
analytically about information. The greatest experience I took from my time here was some real insight into social media in the early days of its use as a marketing tool. By helping the team run their Social Media platforms I gained invaluable experience in the future of marketing.
