I coach and teach young people and their managers how to be professional. Since the start of my working life, I’ve been fascinated with human performance. It used to be all about sport performance, but as my career took me into a corporate direction, I’m now fascinated by the performance of people in organisations. This led to a doctoral thesis on the topic, and now I share that with young people at the start of their careers, and the people who manage them. As well as the doctorate, I hold a bachelor’s degree in sports science, an MBA and an LLM. Perhaps even more important than the letters after my name, are the experiences I’ve had working with clients in Australia, the UK, the USA, Nigeria, Kuwait and Switzerland.
