•	Reduced overall expenses by $20M over the last 3 years through plant consolidations.
•	Designed and oversaw the building of new facilities in Dubai and Houston with budgets of $8M and $16M.
•	Full responsibility for Manufacturing, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving, and Manufacturing Engineering.
•	Led process improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing that led to annual cost reduction of at least 5%

•	Tripled overall production for the hemisphere through acquisition integration, facility consolidation, optimization and aggressive partnerships with outsourcing vendors.
•	Created partnerships with raw material suppliers that reduced lead times from an average of 30 days to a maximum of 5.
•	Turned around 2 facilities that were losing an average of $4M per month to break even.
•	Reduced consolidated TRIR from an average of 6.0 to 1.1
