Welcome! My background in OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT and SALES puts me in a unique position to help groups keep the "big picture" in mind and work together to serve each other and the customer. This helps focus my drive to CUT THROUGH COMPLACENCY. Complacency is all too prevalent in the workplace and leads to missed opportunities and toxic environments. I work to DEVELOP teams who care about each other, the company, and the customer. I possess a sharp eye for detail and have a passion for developing ENGAGED employees. I strive to actively LISTEN to and work with teams to identify CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT opportunities. We then do the work to vet, promote, analyze, develop support for, and implement those ideas. Other avenues of engagement include initiating community service events, promoting participation in reward and recognition programs, and providing cross-training opportunities. A key success has been mentoring and advancing multiple associates from entry level to lead and management positions. Keeping an eye on the details, listening to the needs of the customer and working with fellow associates to identify better solutions all help create an environment that shuns complacency. Experiences in aviation also heavily influence my approach to quality, customer service, process management and product delivery. In aviation, failure to follow consistent processes, pay attention to the details or adapt to change can yield catastrophic results. My teams regularly delivered 100% SLA on a monthly basis, averaging 99%+ SLA compliance for quality and delivery. It is critical to do things right and deliver – on time, every time.
