-Worked in B2B Business Process Improvement projects which resulted in an improvement from 80% to 97% in on‑time metrics and fulfillment numbers from 97.5% to 99% Pan India.
-Worked with cross functional teams ,created frameworks and built a separate logistics tracking platform for First Mile and Mid Mile logistics . 
-Closely worked with the leadership team in supporting the data and trend analysis for various operational business decisions.

Senior executive - Central operations

-Played a major role in formulation of inventory and fulfillment numbers during the transformation of DC to MDC Model
-Spreadhead RFID Flow Implementation throughout the supply chain by coordinating all product level requirements & initiated RFID Asset Audit process in all the facilities, Pan India.
-Rectified product‑level issues for reducing handling loss and transit loss by developing violations assessment methods.

Highly passionate about Supply chain management, Planning and Design with an eye for detail and devising solutions. Having 3+  years experience in Ninjacart India's largest Fresh Produce Supply Chain Startup, I have developed a good problem-solving acumen and management expertise. I would like to apply my skills and experience to an organization where they will have a significant impact on the bottom line and produce an ever improving level of quality service towards its customer base.
