As a Business Development Manager I help organizations to raise employees awareness around Digital Security. 

With NanoLearning we ensure that employees awareness increases through short lessons, spaced repetition and retrieval practice and we can measure the effect.

Client Lifecycle Management are process owners for all client related processes within Swedbank LC&I.

In my role I work with a variety of assignments and act support to the business areas within Large Corporations & Institutions. I support projects where customer-related processes are a main factor. 
I also help the business areas to identify needs, implement solutions, monitor existing processes and maintain implemented processes.

The work also includes maintaining and improving the procedure descriptions and instructions, and to create standardized and optimized processes for LC & I.

As I have contact with many different stakeholders, in different countries, I thank my lucky star that I stayed awake in English class in school.

Process Coordinator at Client Lifecycle Management, Swedbank LC&I

As Anti-Money Laundering Investigator I analyzed and investigated suspicious transaction behaviors to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.

The assignments were generated by in-house Monitoring Systems and tips from colleagues in the branch offices but also from the Swedish Security Service, the Swedish Economic Crime Authority and the Finance Police.

I used systems such as Tieto ProScan, Nice Actimize both SAM and WLF and DowJones Factiva on a daily basis.

AML Investigator at AML Compliance

At Relationship Services my main responsibility was to perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) analysis on Large Corporations and Banks. This was performed prior to on-boarding to assess the risk of Money Laundering (ML) and/or Terrorist Financing (TF).

The team was also responsible for the Credit Administration within Swedbank LC&I. This task included registration of credit limits and preparation of credit memo to decision meetings. This required a structured mind to be able to prioritize the workload to meet deadlines.
 
I also took part in different projects as KYC Specialist when Swedbank was implementing the FATCA framework.

Senior KYC Analyst at Relationship Services, Financial Institutions

When Fixed Income and FX Operations went through a reorganization I chose to join Client Service & Control. Here my main responsibility was regulatory reporting of trading activities. 

I was also a key player in relationship building activities where the goal was to deepen relations with our counterparties back office units. We arranged off site lunches where we socialized with the counterparties representatives and discussed possible problem areas in a more relaxed environment.

Fixed Income/FX Operations Client Service and Control

At Operations Back Offices I handled Bond Trade Settlements and Confirmations for bonds and repos on the Norwegian market.

My main responsibilities was to register the trades in the settlements systems, contact counterparties via phone to confirm trade and settlement details before settlement date and investigate and amend trades that occasionally failed settlement.

Also in this position the phone was my main work tool and I managed to establish and maintain good relationships with the counterparties, despite the language differences. The correspondence was mainly in Swedish/Norwegian but English was used when necessary.

Fixed Income Operations Back Office

I started my journey at Global Payments handling complaints, amendments and other request for outgoing international payments. 

Later on I moved to the Prioritized Customers Group where I handled a broad variety of tasks including processing domestic and international payments, handling investigations and different queries and assisting Swedbank´s largest customers. To be successful in this role I once again had to use my relationship skills to build and maintain good relationships with the stakeholders via phone in both Swedish and English. 

I also acted upon orders and requests from the Swedbank branches in Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Luxembourg and Moscow.

Prioritized Customers Group / Global Payments

During and after my studies at IHM Business School I was employed at Swedbank Saltjö-Boo branch as Banksäljare. I was assisting customers with traditional banking but also sales of the banks products and services. 

During my time here I had the opportunity to learn more about the banks products and services offered to the corporate customers. I assisted mainly smaller companies with the core banking services such as salaries, payments and pensionsplans.

Reebok

For a couple of years I had the honor of representing Reebok as an ambassador of the brands Reebok and Reebok Crossfit.

I was part of an athletes team that traveled around Sweden to visit Crossfit gyms. During the visits the team "took over the gym" and managed all training activities, held workshops in e.g. olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and nutrition. I personally also held inspirational lectures.

As Fitness Trainer I helped the Sturebadet members with their training regimen and made sure that they performed every strength and stretching exercise correctly. I also created individual exercise and diet plans for the members.

At Sturebadet I was also a part time Front desk/Check in Operator. In this position I was the guests and members first point of contact with Sturebadet and assisted with check-in, made sure they felt welcomed and showed them to the dressing rooms etc. I also worked with upselling of treatments (e.g. massage, pedicure), Kerstin Florian skin care products and Personal Training services.

As Operating Manager at 08 Gym & Rehab my main responsibilities was to run the daily operations with tasks such as purchase (supplies,food and beverages), scheduling of trainers and staff etc.

I also worked as Fitness Instructor helping scheduled members with their training regimen. During these training sessions I built a close, and important, relationship with the members to later be able to offer my services as a Personal Trainer. This service provided a much more in-depth health plan with personalized exercise and diet plans.

At Svanströms I had the opportunity to use my relationship building personality when working as a Business to Business Sales Representative within office supplies.

I was responsible to sell Svanströms products to all types of businesses. The most challenging and rewarding part was to make cold calls to prospect customers and use my relationship building skills to work my way into their company and become one of the main suppliers. I also nursed the relationships with existing customers to maintain the business.

In this position, I became aware of my skills to build trust, relationships and perform sales even on the phone.

My time in Nacka Forum branch was pure happiness as I learned so much and grew as a person thanks to a great team and a excellent manager.

I was very successful in this position and was offered a longer temporary position at the Nacka Forum branch after just a few weeks.
