1.	LNG Plant Power Import Study

Aligned the technical interfaces (pan project level) between the project sub-teams, e.g. upstream, pipeline, LNG plant.

1) Operations Engineer for Well and Reservoir Management 
a.	Member of breakthrough team to coordinate and manage well signals from the point of unscheduled deferment to wells back to production. 
b.	Facilitated over 20 Lean projects for Metering, Well Intervention, Offshore IT Telecommunication Process, Production Data Management, Tanker Scheduling, and Finance. All the projects eliminated both cost and waste significantly on brown fields Oil and Gas production.  
c.	Provided consultation and coaching on Lean deployment strategy for leaders.
d.	Spear headed deployment of Lean tools in Shell Upstream business processes.

Worked with onshore/offshore facilities within Asia Pacific region (including Shell Development Australia in Perth) to inventorise CO2 & Green House Gas emission profile and status update to Shell Head Quarter. Details include:

b.	Identify, plan, and develop CO2 reduction projects in Business Plan
c.	Monitor Energy/CO2/flaring reduction projects 

3) Capacity Planning/Benchmarking Study: 
Facilitate Exploration & Production Asia Business Improvement initiatives planning and prioritization to make sure each investment will achieve high ratio on return of investment and also the operational safety. This is also to make sure that the company human resources are fully focus in the core fundamental business, by capping at 8% for total work force time that is involved in initiatives.
