•	Led the redesign of a custom monolithic prototype application that had been developed to assist in the accounting and auditing industries continuing education compliance requirements.  
•	This new application was designed and developed as an enterprise level cloud-native multi-tenant solution that was hosted within AWS and leveraged the latest managed services AWS offered.  
•	The system consisted of 25+ containerized services and microservices that could be deployed and scaled independently as load and demand fluctuated. 
•	Data was stored in an AWS Aurora database cluster which included redundancy and the ability to scale as demand required.

•	Staff supervisor and software architect for the Custom Application Development Group.  IE Discovery is a legal support services company offering a custom web-based document repository system and offering custom application solutions for managing anecdotal case information.  I was directly responsible for the complete design, development, implementation and maintenance of numerous custom solutions as well as the support of existing legacy applications.  
•	Supervisory responsibilities included management of local and remote staff of up to 4 programmer analysts. 
•	Resource management tasks included employment decisions, performance evaluations, staff development/mentoring and work assignments. 
•	Technical responsibilities included full software development life cycle support to include requirements, analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation of custom applications.  
•	Emphasis was on rapid applications development using the .NET platform.  Legacy systems supported include classic ASP, MS-Access, EXCEL and various other legal support applications
•	Also acted as project manager for two smaller projects that were delivered on time and within budget.

•	Responsible for all systems support requirements for a new Human Resources Group.  Tasking included designing and coding new systems to retrieve and update employee personal information and benefits, by integrating with existing systems.
