I then switched to working as a remote, freelance, learning experience designer and project manager. I managed digital publishing and e-learning projects from initiation to delivery, developing a broad range of skills suited to working remotely with geographically distributed multicultural teams. I have expert knowledge of learning theories, digital learning and multimedia design best practices, as well as good practice in workplace learning, training, performance support, and professional development. I have a passion for ensuring that learning experiences are well-designed; focusing on both content and the overall learning experience. I aim to help clients increase their awareness of issues related to digital content development and modern professional learning. And I always look for innovative ways to improve project management and communication processes to drive efficiency.
