Some of the highlights within Richards professional career to date include: - Finding and eliminating over a million dollars in raw material waste - Eliminating sources of slow run or down time contributing to a four percent increase in throughput - Leading a warehouse startup resulting in a 50% reduction in floor space - Building a labor estimation tool that is more accurately able to predict the labor required in order to complete tasks - Building scheduling models that are better able to incorporate the impact of changing information - Teaching other team members how to design and build their own models or simplify their process Throughout all of this, Richard is constantly looking for new things to learn or way to challenge himself- as exemplified by earning his MS-Industrial Engineering, and MBA from the University of Florida while working full time.
