My responsibilities included promoting various innovative solutions, including Unified Communication, UCaaS, Contact Center, CCaaS, Webex, Conferencing, and Collaboration Endpoints. By leveraging my deep expertise and strong relationships with key decision-makers, I was able to drive impressive results: specifically, I was responsible for delivering $9 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR).

ScreamingMedia (NASDAQ SCRM) was the largest online syndicator of content to websites and later diversified into financial news and information. Our technology served as the backbone for thousands of websites including AOL, AT&T, and the New York Times. Later called Pinnacor, was acquired by CBS MarketWatch for $100MM and subsequently became part of Dow Jones. 

Responsible for identifying and fulfilling client needs and building an ongoing and positive relationship. Developed new business by calling senior marketing executives and webmasters of target accounts, primarily within the financial services arena, and positioned the company’s service platform.
•	Prospect, negotiate, and close new business within the financial services vertical.
•	Produced and maintained an accurate client database.
•	Prepared proposals for new and incremental business.
•	Managed client expectations and solved customer problems in tandem with CSR’s and SE’s.
•	Provided management with weekly forecasting and activity reports.
