Prior to joining Iridius Capital, Richa has worked in the Debt and Structured Finance Group at CBRE Capital Markets, Alliance Bank of Arizona, Canyon Ranch, and Desert Diamond Casinos. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Arizona.
