-Managed and delegated all websites and online pages, hired contractors to design and create branding/logos/designs and made adjustments based on sales and revenue targets/customer feedback, click-thru rates, etc.

As a Product Support Specialist at Core Health & Fitness my small team of 20 would take between 20-30 calls per day to support technicians of our products for warranty purposes. 

The most challenging (and rewarding) part of this position is that we were responsible for being a tier-3 electro-mechanical troubleshooter who could identify root-causes with the technician who was the eyes and ears, by asking process-questions and then sending the given part(s) to resolve the issue, as well as processing compensation documentation for the technicians time and scheduling secondary visit, requiring estimating shipping timelines with technicians schedule to ensure customer had fastest and best possible results. HIGHLY COMPLEX. 

In addition we were responsible for taking phone calls from the club-owners, corporate leaders, from $1MIL-$500MIL key accounts if the technical support team was unable to solve a problem from a transfer queue. Customer calls in with a problem, tech support cannot fix it, transfers to our queue, we answer as fast as possible and start doing advanced troubleshooting and scheduling technicians for visits along with parts that we think would help.

This was the most intensive job I have ever had, as it required us to bear in mind timelines, money spent on parts (recoupment costs), customers impression of our company, technicians schedule and stress, mechanical and electronic systems, all under the guise of Salesforce.com and doing our best to create brand ambassadors of our customer base.

We were rated on KPI's including SLA, shipping/parts costs, first-time-fix rate, and Salesforce case close rate. From day one I was in the top 10% performers by staying highly competitive in feedback and metrics reviews and to this day Core Health has asked me to come back a number of times, they're like a family to me.

I still enjoy and converse with Jason, the owner of Nationwide to this day. He is my original mentor who inspired my focus in sales. This company built a new inside sales team to cold call potential home-security clients for installation appointments with technicians. This was a boiler room and it was hard. 

We were rated at this job on installations and every single month, I was the top performer. I still remember the first month we started, I knew I was different than the others because I had 34 installations at the end of the month and the closest to me had 19. 

This was one of the hardest jobs I had, commissions were horrible and I knew nothing about what I was worth or where I could go but it gave me the legs under me that I walk on today, will never forget it. :D
