As the Senior Customer Experience Specialist for Vengreso, I report directly to Manager Customer Experience, Daniel Spinel. My role is to ensure an excellent customer experience for users of Vengreso’s cloud-based productivity platform.

I go above and beyond to ensure that our customers have what they need to maximize their experience with our software. It's my job to make the customer onboarding process as seamless as possible, so they can focus on what's important: becoming more productive in their work.

I was a part of the Quality Assurance team where I reported to the Quality and Compliance Manager. I was responsible for training & coaching agents to ensure that all procedures were being implemented as required by our clients. At Convergys Philippines, I had two roles. My main role was a Sales Team Lead. During a transitional period, I supported the Clients Services team to help with projects related to improving internal operations. 

Within a 2-month period, I created operational manuals to document a Standard Operating Procedure for Client Services team members. This allowed the company to pinpoint where the bottlenecks were. 

Through data analysis, I made recommendations on action steps that could cut costs and improve operational flow.

In my main role, I managed 12 sales specialists. I helped my team members overcome their challenges related to having difficult conversations with clients. With my coaching, they were able to use profiling and personalization to improve their professional conversations.

I was particularly proud of the positive impact that 1-on-1 coaching had on the team’s performance. 

The leadership skills that I acquired while I was in this role are invaluable.
