Gigged.AI is an AI-powered Talent Platform helping tech teams find the right talent at the right time.

Our Open Talent Marketplace was launched in July 2021 with support from Innovate UK. Gigged.AI uses generative AI and machine learning technology to make it easy to find great on-demand talent which ensures more tech projects are delivered.

Our recently launched Internal Talent Marketplace enables enterprises to benefit from internal talent mobility by utilising our AI-driven marketplace to quickly search internal talent before making an external hire.

The Data Lab - Innovation Centre

The Data Lab is Scotland's Innovation Centre for data and AI. Our mission is to help Scotland maximise value from data and lead the world to a data powered future. 
As a board member of the Data Lab Skills Advisory Group I am part of a diverse team that is tasked with understanding the needs of local industry in terms of skills and education requirements to drive forward the number of AI and data professionals in Scotland. I also support on wider strategy creation for The Data Lab.

This Is Me Scotland is a mental health initiative to reduce the stigma of mental health in the work place by connecting organisations across Scotland at networking events to share approaches taken and challenges faced.

Gartner is the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company. Delivering technology-related insight necessary for clients to make the right decisions, every day. From CIOs and senior IT leaders in corporations and government agencies, to business leaders in high-tech and telecom enterprises and professional services firms, to technology investors.

My role was to partner with CEO and CIO's to advise on topics such as Digital Transformation, Data Strategy and Future of Work.

A big part of my role is to use Gartner proven research and advisory methodologies and capability to assist clients with validating business decisions with other business stakeholders, helping them to understand what good looks like, how they should execute on these strategies along with insight on vendors or technology providers.

I spent over 12 years with Allegis Group, mainly building and growing the TEKsystems brand in the UK. Most recent role involved the following:
Part of European leadership team to set future direction

Developing SOW line of business
Partnering with service delivery teams
