As Business Developer I was responsible for market research into target markets of RocketX. Through in-depth research on two separate reports, I built connections in the European scaleup ecosystem. I was end-responsible for building up these research projects from scratch and laying a foundation for future projects to build on. Through this I contributed to generating business in new target markets.

Responsible for the end-to-end sales process of Productpine to generate revenue. Additionally responsible for onboarding and guiding a team of three interns, building sales enablement materials and keeping up-to-date with market trends.

Responsible for generating new business for Productpine by doing outreach to potential clients and building relationships. Additionally I was co-responsible for structuring the sales process and cooperating closely with the founders of Productpine to negotiate contracts.

AIESEC in the Netherlands

For a year I have led the full-time board of 6 and the part-time board of 29. Together we have facilitated 88 international exchanges and achieved a significant increase in the quality of our exchanges and with that the satisfaction of our customers, for which we got rewarded by the national board of AIESEC in the Netherlands. In this role I was end-responsible for the entire local office of AIESEC in Groningen, which included coaching my members, creating and executing strategies and carrying the Talent Management portfolio including member development and recruitment.

Focus on maintaining good costumer relations with our partners in and around the city of Groningen. Responsible for selecting the right international candidates for internship opportunities at these partners. Guiding the trainees in the process of getting everything set for their international experience.

In March 2018 I obtained my official trainers certificate at AIESEC in the Netherlands. After that I was allowed to build and facilitate trainings for the entire international network of AIESEC. I have given trainings to the local and national network, but I also was an international trainer at the national conference of AIESEC in France, attended by about 120 people.
