Rick Maher started this business back in 2010. Rick saw a hole in the market. Rick had some friends who owned small businesses and they struggled with HR for their companies. Rick saw an opportunity to bring the benefits the large companies had in their HR and bring that model to small businesses through a fractional model. He called it the Right Resource, Right Price, Right Time model. The common goal or mission became- Releasing that pressure valve that builds up in small business owners when those day-to-day HR issues pop up. When we look at these 2500 businesses, they're all pretty similar: 1. They're first or second-generation family businesses 2. These businesses have anywhere from 10 to 300 employees 3. These businesses are spread across over 65 different industries 4. We have had clients in 49 states Our Team Our team is made up of highly trained HR folks: 1.
