Engineering/manufacturer of electronic display consoles and motor controls for fitness equipment.  Sales, engineering, administration, and purchasing is performed in Saint Louis, Missouri while manufacturing is performed at Digital’s subsidiaries in Juarez Mexico and Suzhou China.  Implemented EPICOR ERP system allowing consolidation of off-shore operations.

Garick manufactures and distributes mulch, compost, soil and biomass products to national and regional retailers/wholesalers as well as to companies using biomass.  Garick has eight manufacturing operations throughout the Midwest and uses co-packers to extend its market reach.

Publicly traded financial services company providing Accounting, Insurance Benefits and National Practices.  Division was made up of 11 companies offering financial services in payroll, valuations, capital advisory services, physician practice management, health care consulting, government relations, technology consulting and integration as well as bond surety.
