I've built scalable business units from scratch, brought products and services to market in innovative ways and delivered exceptional financial results for multiple organizations. In 2018 I was 1 of 2 BU leaders who were involved in marketing and selling Meridian Technologies to a private equity consortium. After the sale I was asked to remain in a leadership role and continue scaling the business under the private equity group's parent brand. Currently I lead over 250 people in multiple regional sales & client facing delivery teams across the commercial and government IT services sectors. My focus is developing techniques, process and training to ensure scalable & repeatable sales growth. Strong delivery leads to trusted relationships with clients, partners and our internal staff, allowing us to develop new go to market strategies and continued growth opportunities for everyone. Looking ahead, I'm focused on a trajectory that includes leading progressively larger organizations, marshalling significant enterprise resources and throwing gasoline on the fire to scale sales organization through hyper growth. Ultimately I'd like to position for a C-Suite role.
