I am an experienced technical and development manager with a proven track record of delivering solutions to tight timescales and technical constraints, built on a solid base of strong hands on development skills. I specialise in enterprise retail eCommerce, understanding the unique challenges faced by retailers, having held key technical management roles in three high profile retailers across fashion, sporting goods and grocery. I have managed international development teams, and working with suppliers have been instrumental to delivering over 30 major releases across 3 ecommerce platforms. Throughout my career I have built a well-rounded skill base across a variety of languages and technologies spanning web, desktop, database and server side programming; and delivered solutions against all manner of business requirements ranging from successful, busy multinational ecommerce sites through to back end support systems encompassing everything from warehousing, to CRM & logistics.
