Social Media Executive

Social Media – I monitored and administrated our Social Enterprise Networking tool, Yammer. I wrote key messages and signposted staff to the relevant sources of information.
 
SharePoint site - the business function had an independent SharePoint site. My responsibilities included the day to day maintenance of this site, from creating, amending and archiving pages (5 to 7 avg per week), to researching and writing regular news stories (2 stories per week).

Newsletter – research, wrote, created images (through photography, etc.), designed and distributed the quarterly business function newsletter (950+ colleagues) with a highly successful email open rate.

Managed social media for Moorfields Eye Hospital using Facebook; Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. Also monitored and analysed key data through Tweetdeck, Hootsuite, Google Analytics and Precise Media.
