I was responsible for all financial planning and analysis, I adeptly built and managed comprehensive financial and business Key Performance Indicator (KPI) models that were fully aligned with the company's overarching goals and objectives.

Furthermore, I skillfully controlled the company's capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets, effectively renegotiated vendor contracts, monitored unfavorable variance trends, and provided insightful analysis on operational decisions.

As part of my role, I expertly managed the company's budgeting processes from expenses to revenue, collaborating closely with department leaders to establish and allocate department budgets in accordance with the company's strategic priorities.

I also skillfully designed and produced variance analysis reports, which included monthly operational expenditure (OPEX) expense analysis, year-over-year (YoY) analysis, weekly revenue recognition reports, and more.

My recommendations, which were always based on my own analysis, were presented in a clear and concise manner, effectively informing decision-making processes.

Through close collaboration with CHBK teams spanning Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, and Lebanon, I spearheaded the development of insightful analytical reports and visually compelling representations that effectively communicated complex data sets to key stakeholders and clients.

As part of my role, I undertook extensive investigations into areas where efficiency and productivity could be improved across various departments and offices, effectively communicating my findings and recommendations to relevant parties.

Utilizing my extensive expertise, I successfully established the finance department from scratch, creating robust policies and terms to guide its operations. In addition, I effectively streamlined workflow processes between departments such as operations, sales, and marketing, while successfully implementing cutting-edge technologies to drive productivity and collaboration.

My role also entailed fostering seamless communication between the international offices and the finance department, effectively facilitating efficient and effective information sharing across various channels.

As part of my role, I collaborated with senior auditors to plan and execute the audit process for a diverse range of clients, including NGOs, retailers, manufacturers, and financial service providers. My responsibilities included analyzing and evaluating accounting documents and reports, conducting financial reconciliations, and auditing related invoices. 
Additionally, I assisted in audit planning and risk assessment, as well as the preparation of feasibility studies, financial statements, and tax declarations. I oversaw the activities of personnel involved in filing, recording, compiling, and transmitting financial records, and examined inventory to verify journal and ledger entries. Overall, my experience allowed me to gain exposure to a broad range of industries and sectors, honing my skills in auditing and financial analysis.
