With an experience of full-time content creation behind, Riddhi focused on creating and sharing stories through photography and videos on digital platforms about -1) offbeat travel experiences around the world (e g. Sleeping in a Yurt in Tuvan Siberia, Hot air ballooning over Tanzanian national park to experience great migration ), and 2)Inspiring adventures (Climbing Kilimanjaro- Africa's highest mountain, Overlanding for 3000KM+ in Namibia).

Nanamuna

Nanamuna was an app where any story-teller or game developing aspirant could create an animated version of their story with the clicks of a few buttons, without knowing coding or game development technology. The first phase of Nanamuna had 25k+ organic downloads, 50+ storytellers onboard and stories across English and Hindi. As the co-founder, Riddhi created a community of storytellers who regularly contributed, experimented with 20+ engagement techniques, gathered a set of external developers and found a simple technology solution to execute the vision.

She was part of marquee engagements of priority accounts and was involved in creating entry strategy of a home improvement major across furniture, furnishing and bathrooms categories, eCommerce capability design, revenue-financial-market sizing models and sales elements of a telecom major.

Riddhi led a state team of 4 direct repots and 50 indirect reports. Her responsibility was to ensure revenue generation through driving marketing, process and people agendas. Her interface happened with 30 business set-ups and cross functional teams to create future-ready infrastructure, distribution and brand strongholds.
The exciting feature of this role was to be able to generate insights from unstructured areas and devise long term strategies and short term plans. People management, strength of leadership and end-to-end involvement in the business process were her biggest learnings from this role.

She has led high-performance teams (Amazon: 27, Portea:84), and was consistently rated high for employee engagement and talent development. 
As a leading travel influencer in India, she has been an expert in social media marketing and creating content strategy. 
As the winner of 3 national level awards, her key achievements are in the field of customer experience, product management and program management. She is also experienced in successful fundraising dialogues with marquee investors (Accel Partners, Sabre Capitals, IFC).
