I am experienced in application support, automation and statistical business reporting that involved in-depth understanding of business applications across Supply Chain, Retail industries and providing operational BAU support. I am also experienced in coordinating, managing and leading team through various application developments, testing, monitoring and maintenance support activities. I hold hands-on technical knowledge in Oracle SQL, Pl/Sql, UNIX, Progres Db, RDBMS, MSSql, IBM DB2, Windows/Linux/Unix platforms, Environment Management, Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence).
